The devil is a liar and the father of lies. He is a master liar who tells lies about the most important subject: God and the way of salvation. You see the devil has a false gospel called Christianity lite: it tastes great and is less filling, but it doesn't save. Jesus said in John 8:24, "Unless you believe I am He--I am the great I AM--you will die in your sins. He said in Luke 13:3, "Unless you repent, you will all likewise perish." Do not be deceived. Jesus is God in the flesh who died and rose again. We are saved by turning from sin and self and placing our complete and total trust in Jesus. Now that's true Christianity, and that is REAL HOPE!
