  From His Heart is seen on several national networks, many local broadcast outlets, and always available online.  The TV broadcast is available on four national outlets; The Church Channel, Cornerstone TV, The Walk Network, and the NRB (National Religious Broadcasters) Network. • How many people work at FHH?

  From His Heart Ministries has one full-time employee, 5 part-time employees, and with the exception of television production, outsources other tasks to organizations and individual expert in their particular disciplines. These experts include, but are not limited to, radio production, graphics, closed-captioning, website maintenance, etc.

• Do you have a Prayer Line?

  We are committed to do everything we can to pray for you.  Our prayer line is available 24/7 when you call 877-777-6171. Our faithful prayer team will take down your request and pass it on to our faithful prayer team for prayer and/or follow up with you. We are honored to lift up your prayer to the Lord. If you would like a call back, we will call during regular business hours. Remember, however, FHH is not a counseling service, but will faithfully join with you to lift up your concern to Our Lord.
  
  We highly recommend that you click on our PRAYERWORKS link and type in your prayer concern. People from all over the world will have an opportunity to pray for you and you can even receive an anonymous alert when you've been joined in prayer. You'll be greatly encouraged.

• Is Pastor Jeff available to speak to my church or organization?

  Although Pastor Jeff's primary responsibility is to shepherd his flock at First Baptist Church in Texarkana, TX, he is always open to consider opportunities to preach God's Word across America to offer encouragement to those outside his immediate location. Please contact us with your request.

  From His Heart does not offer a printed product catalog. Our inventory changes frequently and the cost of printing catalogs to keep up with those changes would be wasteful for the ministry.  However, you may find an extensive listing of all of our resources on this website. Just visit our online store.

• What Bible translation does Pastor Jeff use and why do you use the English Standard Version on your website?

  Pastor Jeff Schreve normally uses the New American Standard version of the Bible in the pulpit and in references in his written material. But he will sometimes quote other versions when the language allows for a better communication of that verse for the audience. 
  
  On our website, a special feature allows you to hover your mouse over any Bible verse on the website and immediately see what that verse is saying. This software feature is supplied by an outside vendor who uses the English Standard Version. Other versions of the Bible are not available through this exclusive service, but the ESV is a quality translation that will speak God's heart to you as you listen for His voice in this translation. 

• How may I make a donation to the ongoing ministry of From His Heart?

  We genuinely appreciate your desire to support the ministry of From His Heart. You may donate securely with your credit card online or call our toll-free number anytime at 877-777-6171. • What amount of donation am I required to give to receive the month's premium?

  Each month, FHH offers a product as our “thank you” for a donation that supports the ministry. It is only a token of our thanks for your gift … a gift which allows FHH to produce and distribute materials and purchase airtime on stations around the world.  As a non-profit organization, we depend on the generous financial support of those blessed by the ministry. We appreciate you for helping us provide this outreach around the world and we want to simply say thanks.  Pastor Jeff is a volunteer for us and receives no income from these donations to FHH. 
  
  Our policy is to provide one gift per household per month to say thank you for your support of God’s work through From His Heart. We are happy to do this for ANY donation the first time - however, we are not able to send physical resources to those who repeatedly give a donation that does not, at least, cover our raw costs such as materials and mailing.  This amount is normally $10.

  If a pattern occurs where we see repeated donations that do not cover our raw costs, we will instead begin to send these thank you products digitally via email in MP3 download or a PDF file - IF that item is available in those formats and IF we have a valid email address.  A valid email is necessary or we will be unable to provide the digital products for your donation.  It is important that we are good stewards of the financial support we receive and that we use it to grow the Kingdom.  By making these products available in this digital format, we can provide materials to you at a low cost and still have the funds to purchase airtime.

  We understand that many people are not able to give as much as they would like.  So we make these messages available for FREE on our website to watch and listen to all the broadcasts as often as they like.  The audio of any broadcast message (radio or TV) can be downloaded for FREE and even sent to your computer automatically if you sign up for the radio or TV podcast.  We know this option is a blessing to many around the world.

  From His Heart reserves the right to discontinue sending products if it believes, after prayerful consideration, that the recipient is abusing the opportunity to receive products worth more than their gift.

• Is my gift tax-deductible?

  As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, your donations can be tax deductible (See your tax professional for specifics).  According the tax laws in the United States, if your donation included you receiving a monthly thank-you gift, your tax deductible amount is what remains after you subtract the fair market value (what it would cost if purchased) of the item from the total amount of your donation.  As an example, if you gave $50 and the CD series that you received for that donation had a retail price of for $20, then the remaining $30 is tax-deductible. If your donation was equal to or less than the fair market value, there would be no tax benefit.

• How long will it take to receive my thank-you gift or product order?

  We make every attempt to ship resources out within a few business days of receiving your request.  We do ship as cost-effectively as possible. Typically, your product will arrive in a week to 10 days, but two to three weeks from order date is also possible depending on your location in the United States.  Location and holiday rush times can effect delivery date.  Shipments outside the contiguous United States will take longer and we cannot be responsible for products undelivered to countries outside the United States.  That is why we often require international orders for CDs to be receive as MP3 Downloads.

• Can I speed up my shipping delivery?

  Your order may be expedited by placing your order through our local customer service line at 903-838-8329, Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Central Time.  At this time, we are not able to offer expedited shipping with orders placed on our website. 

• Do you offer large quantity discounts?

  While there is no 'general discount' for anyone claiming non-profit status, there are special large-quantity discounts available to churches and certain ministries for teaching purposes only (not for resale). You’ll need to contact our local office for the specifics of your situation. Call 903-838-8329 during regular business hours Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm CT.

• What is a Vision Partner?

  A Vision Partner is a supporter of this ministry who has agreed to a regular monthly gift to From His Heart.  This may be done through our monthly mailings, but is most often done automatically through a credit or debit card deduction.  The amount is determined by the supporter. • Can I change my automatic monthly giving - VISION PARTNER - status?

  Sure.  If you have set this up online through our Vision Partner link, you can log-in using the email and user I.D. you provided, and change the parameters anytime.  You can also call us Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm CT at 903-838-8329. • How can I get a total of my yearly giving?

  From His Heart is legally obligated and will send a year-end receipt of the total donations made in the previous calendar year if any one-time gift is $250 or more. We will mail it to you before January 31 of the following year.  Each time you donate to FHH during the year, you’ll receive a "receipt letter" that details your latest gift and give you an official total for the Calendar year. Remember, we are only able to send receipts to the address provided.  Should that change, please contact us to assure delivery.

• How do I return a product?

  If you have received a product that is defective, you did not order, or have decided you no longer want - please contact our customer service line at 903-838-8329 during business hours.
