Online Ordering and Shipping Information
Orders that are placed online for resource materials are shipped via First Class Mail within 2-3 business days. Currently we are shipping within the continental United States only. Preparations are currently being made to offer shipments globally via UPS. When these arrangements are complete, the online store will automatically calculate your shipment costs for you. This service will also offer online tracking of your packages. Until this process is complete, if you have any questions about your order you may email us at admin@fromhisheart.org or contact us by phone at 903.831.6000. Please have your email order confirmation accessible to you when you call.

Collection of Information
From His Heart Ministries does not collect personal information without your knowledge during your visit to our website. However, FHHM does at times ask that you provide us with personal information while online. The type of information we collect typically, but not always, corresponds directly with the service you request. For instance, you can make donations, you can offer your thoughts, opinions, prayers, concerns, ideas, personal experiences, questions and/or suggestions to our resources or radio broadcasts. The FHHM website is powered by Yahoo! which means that all information is collected on Yahoo! servers. Information held on Yahoo! servers is protected by high-level security at the physical site and online. All user information is owned by From His Heart Ministries and is accessible only by system administrators and held under encrypted security systems. No information is shared or sold in any way by either entity.

Our e-commerce system is hosted by Yahoo!, which means that orders placed are held on Yahoo! servers until accessed by From His Heart Ministries Ministries personnel. FHHM owns all information and is accessed only by our approved personnel. No credit card or personal information is disclosed and is encrypted for your protection.

Communication
From His Heart Ministries does not send communications without your consent. Email will be sent only when you sign up for our Email Newsletter, an order is placed in our Online Store or in response to a prayer request. When a purchase is made, you may receive postal mailings with future promotional offers or resources. You will not be contacted for solicitations by telephone, however, if there is an issue with your order placed online which requires further information or a correction of information, you may be contacted.

Delete/Deactivate
At anytime you may delete or deactivate your account for the Email Newsletter. Once you have chosen to remove your information from our email newsletter database you should stop receiving email with two business days. You may at any time reactivate or sign up for our services to begin receiving emails from From His Heart Ministries. Deleted information will be functionally deleted and not accessible by either party.

Security
Our Web site's e-commerce system uses SSL encryption to protect sensitive data transmissions from your computer to our website. You are able to see when the encryption is active either by the "padlock" icon at the bottom of your browser's window or by the site url changing to "HTTPS:".
